Su bazlı, şeffaf, silikon katkılı iç ve dış cephe astarıdır. İç ve dış cepheler için silikonlu, su iticiliği yüksek, boya tüketimini azaltan, izolasyon sağlayan, güçlü bir boya astarıdır. Polizolan ile astarlanan dış cephelerde, duvar rutubet geçirmez, sıvanın su emiciliği azalacağı için daha az boya gerektirir. Teraslardaki çatlaklarda, pencere pervazı ile duvar arasında zamanla ortaya çıkan aralıklarda, banyo ve tuvaletlerde su sızmasını önler. Yapıların toprağa oturan döşemelerinde ve bodrum katlarının çevre duvarlarında rutubeti önleyen, son derece güçlü bir izolasyon malzemesidir.

Yeni boyanacak ve eski boyalı yüzeyler toz ve kirden arındırılmalı, gerekli yüzey tamiratları yapıldıktan sonra tek kat olarak astar uygulaması yapılmalıdır. 1/1 su ile inceltiğinde yüzeyde izolasyonla ilgili problemlerin giderilmesinde uygulanabilir.
